These are the API rates for Pro and Dev. Speech is roughly a thousand times more expensive to generate than a token of text — the conversion reflects that honestly rather than hiding it in a surcharge. Spending pool tokens works out cheaper per minute than the list rate above; that is the bulk discount for being on a plan.
